BY USING THE WEBSITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, FREIGHT FINDER DOES NOT GRANT YOU THE RIGHT TO USE THE WEBSITE.

1. This agreement is a legal document, which sets out your rights and obligations in respect to Freight Finder Ltd and the Website
2. Each member/authorised user, represents that he/she is of 18 years of age or older. If required, the user agrees that they have the permission of his / her employer to advertise or bid on behalf of his/ her employer to use the services of Freight Finder. And that all people in question have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
3. Internet users are welcome to visit the website and join our membership at Freight Finder. And to make use of the types of services available subject to the Terms and Conditions as set out.
4. All members shall provide true, accurate, and current information.
5. No members shall leave their direct contact details or addresses on their job items. Contact must be made through Freight Finder by email when the job is successfully let. Each member will leave an email contact, but this will not be disclosed to the general public.
6. Every member shall be responsible for all acts and things done under his/her membership and / or, through his/her computer. No exceptions.
7. Freight Finder is to be used in good faith. Users who attempt to avoid using the process in its intended manner or make contact outside of the web site with the intention of avoiding paying the fees liable may be deleted from the site, and barred from joining Freight Finder again. Freight Finder reserves the right to publish the names of people we believe have contravened our Terms and Conditions.

Each Member shall not:

15. FreightFinder.co.nz reserves the right to terminate membership and access to any person for any reason it sees fit.
16. You agree to indemnify Freight Finder Ltd against all liabilities, claims, and expenses that may arise from breach of this agreement, and from use OR misuse of the site. Freight Finder will not be responsible for any costs or damages arising from this site under any circumstances.
